Product registration

With Perzona product registration, you can easily register all your purchases. After registration, your warranty is extended from the standard 2-year guarantee on mattresses and box-springs to a 15-year guarantee: reason enough to register your products. Please refer to the guarantee terms and conditions for further details. Follow the steps in the product registration to successfully complete registration, after which you will receive a confirmation e-mail including the guarantee terms and conditions as well as maintenance tips.

Register on time

To claim the extended guarantee, do take into account that the product must be registered within 3 months after the invoice date.

Mattresses

Mattresses have a standard guarantee period of 2 years. After registration, that guarantee is extended to 15 years. This guarantee is complete for 5 years, after which the guarantee decreases by 10% each year.

Guarantee on Perzona box-springs

All Perzona box-springs come with a standard 2-year guarantee (on the frame, wiring and frame malfunctions). After registration, that guarantee is extended to 15 years. This guarantee is complete for 5 years, after which the guarantee decreases by 10% each year. Motors, electronics and plastic parts come with a standard 2-year guarantee. Guarantee on Perzona pillows After registration, you will receive a 1-year guarantee on your Perzona pillow. This means that the entire cost of replacement or repairs will be covered in the event of discovery of any material or manufacturing errors within 1 year.
